The acquisition builds on MAX Solutions’ existing training capacity in the health and business management sectors and will provide additional areas of study for students, including courses in Allied Health Assistance, Early Childhood Education and Care, Ageing Support, Disability, Mental Health, Community Services and Horticulture.

The Stirling Institute will provide MAX with its first foray into delivering formally recognised training to overseas students.

MAX Managing Director Deborah Homewood said her business would benefit from the years of experience that David Youssf, Managing Director of SIA, brings to the business and the experience in the business in delivering educational programs in industries closely aligned to MAX Solutions, such as allied health.

“I’m so excited to announce the acquisition of The Stirling Institute of Australia – a trusted training organisation with over 30 years of excellence in delivering quality education.”

“MAX has a long and celebrated history of delivering incredible training outcomes to our students, and, with SIA as part of our business going forward, we’ll be able to ensure that we’re giving every person every chance to succeed at work.

“Critically, MAX will now be able to provide Victorian Government-funded training through SIA, as well as cater to international students wishing to study in Australia – a service that we’re very enthusiastic to be able to deliver.”

Current SIA Managing Director, David Youssf, will continue to run the business as The Stirling Institute of Australia.
