We know that a diverse workforce fosters innovative thinking. That’s why our workplaces celebrate and promote diversity.

Indigenous inclusion
We employ and provide career pathways and mentoring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Disability inclusion
We welcome people with disability and accommodate staff with additional needs.
Diversity and equality
We seek to employ and retain individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

We adhere to the National Principles for Child Safety and require all team members to be committed to child safety and well-being. Our induction and training will provide you with these principles, including having an understanding of children's developmental needs and culturally safe practices.

Inclusive Employer Index

We are proud to be named an Inclusive Employer 2023 – 2024 by the nation’s independent peak body for workplace diversity, Diversity Council Australia (DCA).

MAX team members were invited to share their thoughts about workplace diversity and inclusion in the Inclusive Employer Index  survey.  Following the Index survey, the DCA assessed participating organisations and announced the list of Inclusive Employers who exceeded the National Index Benchmark in at least five out of the six following areas: awareness, engagement, inclusive organisational climate, inclusive leadership, inclusive team, and exclusion.

Our inclusion in the list recognises our active commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion.
