Inclusive Employer Index

We are proud to be named an Inclusive Employer 2023 – 2024 by the nation’s independent peak body for workplace diversity, Diversity Council Australia (DCA).

MAX team members were invited to share their thoughts about workplace diversity and inclusion in the Inclusive Employer Index  survey.  Following the Index survey, the DCA assessed participating organisations and announced the list of Inclusive Employers who exceeded the National Index Benchmark in at least five out of the six following areas: awareness, engagement, inclusive organisational climate, inclusive leadership, inclusive team, and exclusion.

Our inclusion in the list recognises our active commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion.
