1. Embrace your inexperience

Employers are looking to hire people who are hard workers, dependable, and ready to learn They also value the new perspectives that people from outside of their industry can bring to their business. 2. Identify your transferable skills
You’ve found a role and you’re ready to apply, but where do you start? Begin by making a list of all the tasks the job requires you to do and what skills you will need to complete those tasks. Other skills you might need for the job require a bit more thinking and rereading of the job advert to understand what the employer is really looking for.
