MAX Solutions sites recognised for outstanding service

More than 40 MAX Disability Employment Services teams across the country have received five-star ratings from the Australian Government – the highest achievable rating – for outstanding work in their local communities.

Disability Employment Services (DES) are available to people with disability, injury, or health condition – to support them as they look for work and keep a job. And while the NDIS provides multiple types of support, DES is specific to finding employment for individuals.

The Australian Government’s DES Star Ratings measure how well providers are performing in placing participants in sustainable employment. Participants and employers can use the star ratings to help them choose the right provider.

MAX Solutions Managing Director, Deborah Homewood, said the sites recognised were achieving exceptional results helping people with disability move into work.

“Our highly skilled teams are making a real difference to the lives of the people in their local areas; people who have a range of different circumstances, backgrounds, and cultures,” Ms. Homewood said.

“We are very focused on providing our customers the skills they need to be work ready and get a job; to give every person every chance.

“Ensuring we partner with industry and employers to get our customers skilled up for the right jobs in the right locations is a key to our success.

“Every customer that comes through our door gets access to broad support network - and is supported on their journey by our local business manager and their team.”

“There is nothing more important than giving people the opportunity to secure a job that they can be proud of,” said Ms. Homewood.

“The five-star rating reflects each team’s hard work, dedication and commitment to helping the community, and I am very proud of their achievement.”
