We’re delighted to announce the final nominations for our 2020-21 Employer of the Year (EOTY) Awards.

Our annual EOTY awards recognise Australian businesses around the country that encourage workplace diversity and inclusion. Previous winners include major employers like Woolworths and Compass Group.

Our latest nominations include outstanding national businesses, as well as regional and local employers in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria.

MAX Managing Director, Deborah Homewood, said: “I’d like to congratulate all the MAX employer partners who’ve been nominated for this year’s EOTY awards.”

“Diverse, inclusive workplaces enjoy significant advantages. Both in terms of business performance and employee engagement. But it is, fundamentally, the principle of inclusivity that EOTY celebrates. All businesses should reflect the communities that they serve.

“Each of the employer partners we’ve nominated has created, or is creating, life changing opportunities for Australians. On behalf of everyone at MAX, I would like to thank them for all their support.”

MAX has nominated employers in each quarter for its EOTY awards, across three categories of employer partners – large, medium and small.

The overall 2020-21 EOTY winners in each category will be announced on May 5.
