Australia’s largest employment services provider, MAX Solutions, has named Compass Group its Large Employer of the Year in recognition of the food and support service company’s campaign to promote workforce diversity.

Rural bank and agribusiness, Rabobank, won our Medium Employer of the Year. Precision engineering business, Hilton Manufacturing, won our Small Employer of Year Award.

The annual award was introduced by MAX in 2018 to highlight employers who encourage inclusivity and diversity in their recruitment programs. For the first time this year, the awards included Medium and Small Employer of the Year categories.
