How can an Employability skills training coach help you?

The way we work is changing. As a result, the way we apply for jobs is changing too. Employability skills training is designed to give you the skills to meet the demands of modern job searching and open doors to your next employment opportunity.
What is Employability skills training?
The Employability Skills training program has been designed to prepare those looking for work to better understand the expectations of employers in the current job market.
This program has two courses that build both more generalised skills to find work as well as specific skills that relate to your chosen industry.
You can take both of these courses in a full-time or part-time capacity either face-to-face or a hybrid model with some aspects done online.
The full-time course is 25 hours per week for three weeks while the part-time course is 15 hours per week for 5 weeks.
You can choose to participate in one or both programs depending on the skills you need to develop to secure ongoing work.
