Manage Your Health

We run a number of group health programs aimed at supporting individuals. Through group workshops, we help people learn new strategies to manage health conditions whilst returning to work.

Being part of a group can have a number of advantages. Not only does it create a positive social environment to participate in, but individuals can also feel valued, strengthened and inspired by one another by working together.

Our group health programs are available to eligible customers receiving a service from us. If you are interested in taking part in one of our health programs, talk to your consultant.
