At MAX Solutions, we are always seeking partners to work with us to deliver a wide range of specialised services that make a meaningful difference to improve the lives of our clients. We are committed to establishing and maintaining long-lasting partnerships with organisations in our local communities to better serve our clients.
MAX Solutions is always seeking partners as part of our commitment to provide an innovative and wrap around service that meets the needs of job seekers and employers.
A job seeker's journey to sustainable employment and self-sufficiency is shaped by the support of many different partners working together with the job seeker on one plan. Many job seekers already receive services from one or more community agencies depending on their circumstances. MAX Solutions wants to encourage these services to work with us in helping the job seeker on their journey towards work and an improved life.
We take a principled approach to partnerships, and are looking for organisations who share our values of success, unity, people, accountability, leadership and community involvement.
