Help and Advice
It's important that at every step of the way, you know where to turn to for help and guidance.
We want to make sure you are in the course that's right for you, in an environment where you can achieve success and know where you can go next. The best way to achieve that is to get in touch, talk with one of our training team or enquire at one of our offices.
If you have recently completed a course with us, please complete a feedback survey to help us improve our training.
Feedback, Complaints and Appeals
Understanding your rights and how we deal with complaints is important. Any student who would like to lodge an official complaint can do so using the Customer Complaints and Feedback form.
To understand how we treat these forms and deal with the complaints, you can read our Complaints and Appeals policy here.
If you would like to lodge an Appeal against a decision that has been made during your assessment, you can access the Assessment Appeal form here.
Use our Participant Handbook
Our Particpant Handbook can answer many of the Frequently Asked Questions around learning with us. It can also provide you with a resource of information to help support you through your learning with us.
The handbook includes:
Enrolment and Induction Information
Our Flexible Training Approach including Standards and Assessment

We believe you should learn in a safe and comfortable environment. As such, we take any inappropriate behaviour of students very seriously. Further details associated with misconduct and disciplinary procedures can be found here.
We understand there may be times when personal issues affect your ability to undertake your training.
We encourage participants to advise us if there are any personal issues which will impact on their attendance or progression through the course so that we can minimise their affect or provide alternative solutions.
